Not sure what the connection between Leonardo da Vinci and Goya's painting "La maja desnuda" is but I suppose your piece is a medal, not a coin. Does it look like this one? If yes, the piece will at least be worth its metal content - 1 ounce of silver. Whether it has any collectors value beyond that, I don't know ...
