Is the second tangka an Y# F13.4, like the one that I shown in my first post, in your opinion?

KM did not show many of options.
Your coin may be KM Y#F13.3, but it is not a machine struck and Northwest symbol (Obv.) like F13.5.

KM Y#F13.4 have on Obv. dot to left and right of lotus.
