The type is that of Khusru I, and the date might be yr 22 but I'm afraid I can't make out the mint from your photo.

The style is rather crude so I think it might be a contemporary imitation.

Agree with Alan, Khushru I seems most likely candidate.

With the crown with wings my first association would be Hormazd II. But these have a whole different style. Will look this up shortly.

Edit: As also stated on Zeno: This is a contemporary Peroz imitation.

I love the flowing style of these Hunnic imitations of Peroz, the drachms with the heavy jowls (or fat cheeks).
