Motivational Medal with Lion

I have this 38 mm Bronze Medal with a Lions? head on the obverse and the text: I WILL WIN WHY?. The reverse reads: FAITH COURAGE ENTHUSIASM.

A nice movivational piece but when was it made and where is it from?

The slogan refers to a Hollywood production, "The Company Men". In the film, it is used as a motivational rallying cry. It is apparently utilised by pro motivational agencies. No idea where the cat comes in.
