the biggest diameter is 26 m/m and the weight 4.90 grammes metal cooper

1600's countermarked copper-RX COB-8 MARAVEDI FELIPE PHILIP IV SPAIN or at least that's what the ebay seller says on a similar piece  ;D

I think this the 1651 countermark: 8 in circle on one side, VIII and date in oval or both in circle on the other side. Date and VIII are separate on the picture. The 8 is pretty clear, the rest guesswork. The host coin may have been a Catalonian 4 maravedi.
