Sri Lanka, 10 rupees, 2013.

Does any other coin design depict gemstones?

I don't mean coins that use a piece of gemstone as an insert.

Also, can you name all the gems on the design above?

I collect rocks and minerals so I will take a stab at this. Sri Lanka is famous for quite a few minerals including Peridot, Zircon, Topaz, Spinel, Tourmaline, Garnet, Aquamarine, Citrine, Amethyst, Cat's Eye, Chrysoberyl, Alexandrite, Ruby and Sapphire. I would think Sri Lanka most famous for Sapphires.

So I would say (and it is a guess) would be Sapphire, Ruby, Topaz, Peridot, Tourmaline not in any order.

The Mount in the Sri Lanka coin is Adam's Peak (Sri Pada). Still don't know what the gems are. Interesting though.

A good try, but it's not unique.  ;)

There are coins that portray just the Gillick portrait and the Rank-Broadley portrait together (from Australia, I think), but I can't find them just now.
