I fully agree with your views Peter. Mughal coppers are a neglected lot. I have found many people readily deal in Mughal Silver or even Gold but talk of silver and you get a really dirty look. Almost as if you had committed a crime......

I had earler alsom mentioned on WoC the trouble I had with getting help attributing my Mughal coppers. If I showed silvers to any one, sure enough there would be help all around. however, place a silver and the guy has eye trouble........

Also the caligraphy of Mughal silvers is quite nice and of high standards. However the same can not be said of the coppers.......

Overlord is doing us a great service working his magic on the Mughal copper.
