I am unsure about Metal. It feels silver but there is a chance it's not.

No luck on Zeno for this one. Is too much of the design worn off?

Dear iindica, from reading the text on your coin, I think the ID is:
Ottoman, Suleiman I the Magnificent, Date? , Silver Akce, Sidrekapsi (Stagira) mint (AH 926-974/1520-1566 AD)
Obverse (First photo):
السطان  , al-Sultan
سليمان , Suleiman
بن شاه  ,   bin Shah
سليم   , Salim
خان   , Khan
Reverse (Second photo):
...........................
ضرب  , Zarb
ﺳﻴﺪر َﻩ  ﻗﺴﯽ , Sidrekapsi (Stagira)
..........
Suleiman I (سليمان اول), commonly known as Suleiman the Magnificent in the West and Suleiman the Lawgiver (سلطان سليمان قانونى) in his realm, was the tenth and longest-reigning Sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1520 until his death in 1566.
Siderokausia, in Ottoman Turkish rendered as ﺳﻴﺪر َﻩ ﻗﺴﯽ  Sidrekapsi, was a silver and gold mine active in the Byzantine and Ottoman periods, located in the northeastern Chalkidiki peninsula in northern Greece.

Coin collecting has a curious name. It is also called the "Hobby of Kings".
