A 2 pound coin of 2016, issued  to commemorate the First World War was found with the edge lettering: 'THE WHOLE CITY IN DREADFUL FLAMES'. This is the edge lettering that is supposed to be on the 2016-dated The Great Fire of London 2 pound coin. The correct edge lettering for the error coin that has now been discovered would have been: 'FOR KING AND COUNTRY'. It is so far the only known piece with this error.
