Copper or bronze, 14 mm, sorry no weight. Many thanks for your help.

I think it is Aradus in Phoenicia, civic coinage c. 180-100 BC, cf Sear 6001. The small strokes below the prow at lower left are the date in Phoenician letters, but I can't make it out. My example from yr. 134 (126-125 BC, BMC. Phoe. p.18, 127-28; SNG Cop. 44) below.
