Dear Girish, your coin details:
Kotah State, in the name of Muhammad Akbar II, 2 RY, Silver Rupee, Qila (قلعه fortress) Shahabad mint.
Reverse (First photo):
جلوس ميمنت سنه ۲ \ ضرب كلہ شاہ آباد  ,  "Zarb Qila Shahabad Sanah 2 julus maimanat manus" (Struck at Shahabad Fortress, in the accession year 2 associated with tranquil prosperity). Mint mark is at  3 O’clock
Obverse (Second photo):
سكه مبارك صاحب قران ثانى \ محمد اكبر شاه  ,   Sikka Mubarak Saheb-e-Qiran Thani, Muhammad Akbar Shah.

Maythem

Usually Kota coins have this mintmark, since this one doesn't have one so I was a bit confused..

Thank you Girish, you are right that both marks, the one you have shown and the flower (fyonka) like mark at 3 O'clock are considered mint marks and they are normally shown on the same coin. It is also possible that flower like mark could be just a graphic ornament.
