Second side is strangely printed by dividing the circle into 2 half's

As said by Amit, the mint name is out of flan (at left of 2nd picture), but from type, ornaments and the position of the Ry 13, it should be Surat.

On both sides, the coin has a square with knots in the corners. The square divides the design in a central part inside the square and four parts outside the square.
