Almost all books and catalogs I have looked at attribute no coins to Kutb Al Din Aibak, except W.H. Valentine's Copper Coins of India, which attributes the following coins to him:

Type 1. Obv. Adl, Rev. Mumlakat or Mumalikt
Type 2. Obv. Bull+portions of Nagari legend, Rev. Kutbi

However, since Valentine's catalog is rather old, I'm not sure if the above attribution is still accepted. Are there coins that can be attributed (with certainty) to Kutb Al Din Aibak?

There aren't any coins that with certainty can be attributed to Kutb al-Din Aibak. The coin in Valentine  (#120, your type 1) is attributed by H. Nelson Wright to Iltutmish (NW 139C-D; Goron/Goenka D82)
The legend on the coins illustrated by Valtentine as #121 & 122 and subsequently catalogued by H. Nelson Wright as such (49B-49E), has been proved to read Yamini instead of Qutbi and are actually issues of the Ghaznavid ruler Yamin al-Daula Bahram Shah (AH512-547/AD1118-1152). Previsiously these coins has been misattributed to Raziayyah Begum as well. Ref.: Goron/Goenka GZ49-50; Tye #111

Neither of Quitb al-Din Aibak, nor his shortlived successor Aram Shah, coins are known.
After Muhammad bin Sam the first coins of the Dehli Sultanate appear in the name of Shams al-Din Iltutmish.
