937 is a cross over date for Babur and Humayun. It is very difficult to differentiate between the coins issued in the name of the two rulers as they are anonymous. Coins of Babur have the mint epithet as Qila'a Agrah while in case of Humayun it is Dar al Khilafat, Agrah.

Your coin has the later legend and hence it is Humayun.

Educational confirmation, asm. A really nice coin with an attractive patina and an interesting historical background. TFS.
