Malwa sultan, M224, Malwa issue of Mahmud bin Lathif (Gujarat)

Just came across this one while going through my unattributed coins box. It was a surprise that it kept out of attention so far!
The obverse and reverse, both agree with the legend on M222. The weight is 3.6gms. There is no date on the flan where it is seen on M225. The lower part of the legend is still uncertain as G&G has remarked on M222. The writhing above "shah" on the bottom could be either "lathif" or even "muzaffir". Please give your views.  Saikat, Amit, Anthony, Mitresha, Ansari, Tariq, Rajagopal, Sarwar khan and all others please contribute.

Again i can not provide any real help in this. I do however think that you have a very strong point for M224 especially where it may even be struck with the same obverse die as the hybrid G&G M222 specimen you also posted recently.
