Bank of Latvia has issued a BU set containing eight regular denominations of Latvian euro coins commemorating 5 Years of euro in Latvia. 7000 sets have been issued; issue price: €25.

These sets can be bought directly from the bank, link here (Maximum of three sets per customer).
