Top coin appears to have what i first thought was Shah alam but I think it's badshah ghazi of which the divider is part off,

the lower coin shows part of the word falus and above it azamnagar?

Vic, the obvese shows the Badshah Gazi part only. On the Reverse, Zarb Falus XXX2 Akbar..... (coulld well be Akbarabad).

I thought above falus showed a 'Z'  you can see the divider curling upwards which made me think of a mint with Z and the Akbar part as nagar

Vic, I am surprised that we both missed the FISH below the A - kbar. This is surely Shah Alam II, Akbarabad. Paisa. See a similar one here. The date may well be RY (2)3.
