Dear daughter returned from Taiwan today with a gift for me from her guide: a commemorative 50 NT$ 1999 for the introduction of the NT$ in 1949. Surprisingly, the note is polymer. Funnily, the note seems to contain an "anti-copy device", which seems to have had no effect when I scanned it.
