Posted below is a very rare coin..
Obverse- Jalaluddin Akbar Shah (ilahi)44 and legend in hybrid gujrati- nagari as 'Sri Ra Ak(bar)
Reverse- Kalima

This type is a very rare coin probably not reported yet without a mint .. 'Sri Akbar' type was reported with mint Ahmedabad in 1962 in JNSI.. However very few coins have been found thereafter. Enjoy this specimen!

Cool. The writing looks quite like nagari to me "...ram..."(?), but then I have quite forgotten my Gujarati letters (spent 7 years in Ahmadabad as a child). This should interest asm.

This is a very good coin Abhishek. Have you had a chance to look at other specimens in hand or pictures to read the complete legend?
