I wonder if any other of the mountains you are showing have a road to the top that any normal passenger car can take easily...

Many peaks can be conquered by car. But it will not be easy.
In Ukraine, on Mount Goverla on 12.06.2007, an "ascent" was made on an ordinary Chevrolet-Niva car.
It was made from a base camp at an altitude of 1,450 m in three weeks. Sometimes the angle of climb was 50 degrees.

Can you see Africa from this place?

I don't think so, but you are forgiven if you interpret the haze on the horizon as the African coast. You see the town and pleasure port and a subtle Russian influence on the sign... ;)

On the pyramid of Cheops in Giza I saw different inscriptions in Russian. The most innocuous inscription "Здесь был Вася" (Here was Vasya).  :)
