Please help me identify this dam. Is it Akbar?
And the mint is Agra?

Coin is surely Akbar. However the image is a bit too small to see / read properly. The right image needs to be rotated 90 Deg. CCW.

I agree with asm; only a little part of the legend is present on your dam: "...falu(s) Haz(rat)..."
Akbar / dam of Hazrat Delhi (on reverse : AH date in letters : 98x it seems  ??? )

Your coin is not the easiest to start to read... only very few parts of words are present :
obverse (with the mintname) : "falus فلوس " cut at bottom / "Haz... حضرت"(for Hazrat ) in center and "Delhi "widely off at top.
reverse : "nuhsad  نهصد  / nine hundred " at bottom and (part of) "eighty : Hashtad هشتاد " in center
