You can just see the "B" of Bairat.
I think it is the Be of Zarb ant the Be of Bairata. By style, I would put this as Gobindpur.

There is no space for "Ga-waw" for it to be Gobindpur as the dotted border is visible to the right. As for  Bairata, a comparison with these specimens will help:
