I think that there is a part of "hazrat" over "falus" / Hazrat Delhi
the type could be the same as this one on Zeno : http://www.zeno.ru/showphoto.php?photo=134265
The AH date in persian is not clear...

This coin could do with some gentle cleaning and a sharper picture. Olive oil would remove some of the green (copper oxide) without destroying the light brown patina underneath. The brown (iron oxide?) could be attacked with a wooden toothpick. On my screen, some of the green shows up as blue-green. That may be computer discolouration, but beware of copper pest.

Here is cleaned and improved image I think legends visible now.
