What you call a flower is 'Fi Tarik' This is Humayun. No doubt about that.

Try to learn Persian Biplab. It'll really help you.. Not only you will make attributions easily but it'll add to the joy of collecting.. As Amitji said this is Humayun Bahloli.. The Sher shah coins are of different standard as Sher shah overhauled the currency system(also introduced the 'Rupee')...
