Akbar with no doubt : fraction of word "falus" on 1st scan and (small) fraction of the date in persian script on the 2nd.
May be a half dam or a quarter? the weight will give the answer.
Dams & fractions from Narnol mint are well known for their large script on too small flans, may be one of them?...

Coin is very thick and 20 gms app.
