On an outing last year we visited a private rural "museum" - essentially one family's accumulation of lots of historical odds and ends that they opened to the public, among which was a Roman coin with a label underneath reading "Roman coin, 515".  The date was far too late and I asked to view it more closely.  It was mid-to-late 4th century (I forget which emperor now) with "SIS" in the exergue, which the owner had clearly mistaken for our own modern numerals!  I assume the mint must have been Siscia ...
