It's in really in an terrible state, but I'm wondering what it is.

Its heavy 8,52 gramms and the size is around the 29 mm.

On the front its britannia seated left with around her an wreath

Seems to be te remains of Columbia Token.

Probably too big for a Columbia and the reverse is wrong. That reverse does appear on Walthamstow tokens, and probably quite a few more.
