In view of the silence of our knowledgable experts, I suppose there is not enough information to determine its mint.

This dam doesn't look like an "official" coin; for me, it could be a contemporary counterfeit of a dam of Ajmer as suggested (with a good weight) for use in trade, like for copies of Dogaon's dams.
