The name of the ruler is missing from the coin - that is what I think. I believe the legend reads Badshah Gazi...........

The reverse seems to read just the Julus formula. However, part of the mintname is visible along with the Zarb. I think the mint name is Khambayat. Overlord says he can see the Ka........

Even after this condition, the coin weighs 21.2g . which leads me to believe it is Mughal.

The mintname well starts by a "K" and just after may be a dot ? and over "K + dot", just under the "B"of "zarb" isn't it a "T" ?
these elements, together, could confirm Khambayat as mintname (KaNBaYaT); Then, if correct, the ruler could be Muhammad Shah or Alamgir II ??

? + ? = I am not sure  :)
