I recently acquired an interesting specimen of the same type that seems to be dated 932. (Humayun's reign began in AH937.)
The reverse is typical Humayun with no mint epithet "Qila" and has the heart-shaped symbol before "Agra". Unforunately, the sun is down now and I can't photograph it now. However, here is the image from the seller's listing:



What do you guys make of it? Is the second digit indeed a curiously engraved "4"?

I also think it is a four. You can see the upper part in the worn area close to the rim. There's just a tiny part missing.

I have seen one from Agra on Zeno with ephitet Dar al-adil where same 4 has been used.

Thanks Tariq. The way Peter shows it, it looks to be a different kind if "4" (the kind seen on Dehli coins of Humayun). Anyway, I will photograph it this weekend so the top part can be seen clearly.
