Switzerland makes some sense. The country did not become a full UN member until 2002 ...

In 2013 Monaco issued a commemorative €2 coin dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the country's UN membership. And

The Federal Republic of Germany has never issued a commem about a United Nations anniversary or a UN membership "jubilee". But in 1982 a 5 DM coin came out that commemorated the 10th anniversary of the UN Conference on the Human Environment (Stockholm 1972).

Croatia has already been mentioned, but last year the country issued another UN membership coin. Images:
