Classic Mughal coin. Clear ruler and mint and both dates. Showing nice patina.

Am I the only one who actually likes shroff marks on coins  ???  I think it adds a bit more interest & history to a coin, shows it's been circulated rather than hoarded in a jar or whatever

No, I enjoy Shroff marks for the same reason as you but you know what coin collectors are like!!!!

I too like shroff marks (but not too many ) due to historical significance , as such marks reveal coin was passed through bankers of empire.

However in this particular coin no shroff marks makes visible all the calligraphy.
