I think this is a typical issue from the Elichpur mint under one of the latter Mughal emperors, they rarely have dates visible to show who it might be struck under

Yes. These coins are almost not attributable without date, just like the coins of Machhlipattan.

However, on this coin I think the legend looks like (ba) d Shah (Badshah) Shah........ Could be one of Muhmad Shah, Shah ALam II or I or Ahmed Shah...........

The second coin is Jahangir, Bairat.
