Here is a coin not seen by many advanced collectors of mughal  coins
This is a half dam of Shah Jahan, wt- 9.87gms with title 'Sahib Qiran Sani' and mint Daulatabad
Obverse- Sahib Qiran sani
Reverse- Daultabad sanah xxxx

I notice that the mintname is written دولتاباد as on the earliest rupees of Shah Jahan (later it was : دولت اباد)
The date seems to be 1040 ? isn't it ?

Thanks a lot Bernard sir.. Yes. The date is in fact 1040Ah.. Yet to get the Dam in my collection.
