Thank you very much. Checking the catalog for Jahangiri Rupees from Qandahar after reading your hint, I came to the conclusion that this is

"India, Mughal Empire Rupee, Type 142 KM# 142.2     1025//11-1031/16 Obverse: Names of Jahangir and Akbar Reverse: AH date Ruler: Muhammad Jahangir"

with date being off the flan but I think the regal year is 14 so this should be 1027//14 or 1028//14. Is this right?

What is seen at about 9 O'Clock on the left image is the date 1014.

That is Sanah 14. The year could be 1027 or 1028. It can be seen on the divider above Qandhar.
