Title: Akbar, Dam, Mint: Urdu Zafar Qarin, Ilahi 41.
Post by: premreddy on January 16, 2014, 06:59:21 PM
I recently purchased a lot from a local dealer and I am trying to figure out the mints on these Akbar Dams.
All the coins weigh around 20 - 20.5 grams

I have limited knowledge on reading the legends on the coins, I can read arabic numbers and few alphabets here and there.
But reading script on a coin is a real challenge and I hope I will learn to do that in the future.

Thanks for any help in attributing these coins.
