Only information, which I have, is that such object was sold not long ago

I read AMNISTIAI, which is a word that makes sense only in Latvian and Lithuanian (it means amnesty in both languages). There may be a date below, but I can't read it. The inscriptions were made by crude punches.

as on Postcard Modern by Marcelino Camacho.

I see what you mean. Yes, that would make it Spanish and the word would be preceded by ! and followed by ยก (upside down exclamation mark) and that would match the host coin (5 or 10 centimos 1877. Still can't make anything of the text below. One possibility is that the text refers to the opponents (leftists) of Primo de Rivera (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miguel_Primo_de_Rivera).
