EDIT: I have modified the pictures with better scans.
Looks to be Dogaon. Please help with the epithet and the date. Is it Dar al Salam, KM#28.19? AH???

Please help read the date.
Amit
amit,
I don't think the date is there.
Is'nt it the date in words on the reverse (right) images?
Amit
I am on a learning curve here.
On the lower coin, I think that the date in letters could be read as 984, "sanah nuhsad (wa) hashtad (wa cha)ha(r)" .
The last digit reads as 'noh' = 9.
So the complete date is 989
Dear Oesho, Thank you. Is it possible to read the date on the top coin?
Amit
QuoteIs it possible to read the date on the top coin?
A bit difficult.
nohsad wa navad wa ...??? The last digit is rather problematical. With much reservation I may read it as a 9, so perhaps 999.
Adding the images of the coin after cleaning. Can the date be now read more clearly on the lower coin? The mint marks on both coins are different. Once again the lower one looks like what were found on Malwa coins.
AH 999(?)

After cleaning, and on new pictures, the date of the 1st is "fi sanah nuhsad wa nawad wa chahar" = 994
the upper word looks to me to be "chahar", in addition it seems that there is a cut character at 12 o'clock?
On the 2nd the date is well confirmed as : 989
Dear Saro,
Thank you for your help in reading the date.....
