Title: Which era are these coins from?

Which era are these coins from. These coins had been identified recently in Bangladesh and handed over to police, local daily says. The news media calls these as Akbar era coins.

Islamda, the coins are akbar's alright, I can identify some of them..

They are Akbar Silver Rupee type KM # 93, with Mintname on reverse, Ilahi Date and Persian months.

Most coins are indeed of Akbar (Ahmadabad mint), but also a few of Jahangirnagar mint (=Dhaka).
It contains also a few rupees of Jahangir.

Most coins are indeed of Akbar (Ahmadabad mint), but also a few of Jahangirnagar mint (=Dhaka).
It contains also a few rupees of Jahangir.

Thanks sir. I was also expecting a few from other era. But the news says that experts have identified them as Akbar era coins. I also saw wrong recordings of coins in our museums.

Intresting even a novice like me can clearly see 1 coin as of Jahangir's.
