Is mark at 6 o clock position common with these coins ?

Well, the mark over the 'mub' of Mubarak in the bottom line of the top image (obverse) is observed on most coins of Muhammad Shah of this mint but the mark varies from time to time.

The reason why these were put and if they have any significance is a matter of study.
