Very nice coin, which one sees not passing by every day  .
I think the legends must be:
First picture (reverse):
"S GREGORIUS NAZAZENUS" for Saint Gregorius Nazianenus
Second picture (obverse):
"DNS TOMAS R-EX BOSNE(?)" with T - O in the field.
