Luxembourg 2023 proof set

Hi all

I had thought that the Luxembourg 2023 proof set was going to use the Slovakian mint, but looking at this image of the coins, it looks as though the ordinary coins are minted by the Dutch mint and only the commemorative ones are minted by the Slovakian mint.  Do you agree? Does anyone have any confirmation one way or the other? Ebay and coin shop sales seem to say all of them are the Slovakian mint.

Apparently BCL have confirmed that the ordinary coins are indeed still minted by the Dutch mint not the Slovakian one, so that's one less expensive purchase for completists!
