Pardon me for my poor knowledge in this line. Is it 'ain' 'laam' 'mim' 'gaain'? If the last letter is correct, then can it be from 'Alamgir'? I know you know the result of the puzzle  ;D

Then can it be from 'Alamgir'?

In Dehli Sultanat there is no ruler with the Name/title Alamgir.

I am sorry again. But is it alright that Sin of Shah continues with Mim? Shouldn't that be seperate?

I think here Aalamshah is used as a single word denoting the Name. So its ok.

The technical aspect of Persian here is interesting. For example do we say 'Alam or Aalam. I agree with Ansari when he uses Aa rather than 'A.

Again noting the singular word context Ansari again appears correct.

There is always a difficulty with some of these Sultanat coins in transliteration and the old ways of writing somethinga re not always correct.
