A Dam (or contemporary counterfeit?) of Akbar?

Mass=17.9 g

The obverse looks typical Akbar. The reverse legend doesn't seem to make sense. The mass seems a bit low for an Akbar Dam.

The legend of obverse is widely out of flan but is clearly :"falus Dogaon dar al-salam", the reverse is still enigmatic for me.

It is possible to find parts of the obverse legend on this coin from zeno data base:
http://www.zeno.ru/showphoto.php?photo=79941

It seems that the reverse could be a mirror image of a dogaon's dam (dar al-salam)? with the central word which could be "fi" over part of a date in digits ??
if correct... the picture should then need to be rotated 180°...

The low weight + such a legend + a patina which appears to be old,  may indicate a contemporary counterfeit as you suggest.??
