Finally found a Flat Clinch Stapler in India for Rs. 106.00 only. (About US$ 1.75 only).

This is made in India Stapler by Kangaro. The model Number is C-10FC. It can load 100 staple pins of size 10.

By the way, the shopkeeper did not know about the flat clinch stapler. It was just kept in the showcase window. When I had asked him about the Flat Clinch Stapler, he said that he did not have it. On pointing him the stapler kept in the showcase, he said that he knows this stapler by the Model No. C-10FC. So, if you go to a stationary shop, just ask by the Model C-10FC, and you may be able to get a flat clinch staple here in India for just Rs. 106.00.

Although I have been using the MAX HD-10FL stapler for quite a long time, the Kangaro stapler looks almost the same. While a MAX stapler costs about 10 US$, the Kangaro is available for only Rs. 106 at less that 1/5th price.
