From eBay today we have this information:

In 1971 Cleveland Petrol, at that time a subsidiary company of Esso, issued a selection of superb miniature medals in aluminium (19 mm. dia.) as a reminder of the outstanding service rendered by the armed forces over the past 200 years.

There are sixteen medals in the set and they are:

The series was entitled Historic Campaign Medals 1793-1945.

They were struck by the Pobjoy Mint.
