This is a very well preserved calaim bazaruco produced at the mint at Goa. Initials G-A for Goa.
It bears no date nor legend, but is attributed to the reign of D. Filipe II (1598-1621).
This very coin is the plate specimen in the Gomes catalogue (F2 14.01) and many years ago obtained at one of the Schulman auctions in Amsterdam.

Not surprising since it's from Oesho's collection! :) You will find hundreds of amazing coins from Oesho's collection here on the forum...Incredibly collection of Indian coins he has. Must be one of the best and rarest in the world! 8)
