Broadway Mistifier
« on: June 17, 2019, 12:59:27 PM »
Fosseway mentioned some wire gauges recently, I have two that fit this description; CRAVEN 3/64" and CRAVEN 4/64" both steel 18.3mm.

but this Broadway Mistifier 1 is indeed mystifying? ??? the spelling suggests to me it may be American. steel, 28.6mm

This entry in the UK National Archives database may be relevant.

These items would appear to be parts for nozzles for agricultural equipment. The leaflet referenced above is from a UK distributor but the actual product may be from elsewhere.

Here is a wire gauge (for 3.57 mm wire) from Nordiska Metall AB in Västerås, Sweden. This is what made me think of wire gauges in that other thread you mentioned. There are others with other gauge widths and at least one other with the same gauge width but a different size planchet (I have another 3.57 mm one with a planchet diameter of 20.9 mm).

Bronze, 25.0 mm, with a 3.57 mm hole (surprisingly enough!)
