See the edge these are a sandwich. I've forgotten the term. nickel clad iron

i can not see different layers on the edge...

malj1

I have four but only on one of these that I can see the layers.

looks like a iron token with a thin nickel layer around it.
where the nickel is weared off, you see rusty iron.

malj1

Here is another the iron shows rust with the nickel wafer each side. It shows more clearly on a scruffy one but I only have unc ones.

my token has no rust, but it sticks very well to a magnet. so there must be iron inside.
and the cheapest way to make this is electro plating...

malj1

They are definitely nickel clad rather than plated you must just take my word for it until you find a scruffy one and maybe dissect it.

Only other one that I can recall at present is a generic one that has 6p on both sides but there are probably others.

Here is a picture from Numista.

maybe i misunderstand the word clad.
i thought this were different layers of metal pressed together.
like in de euro coins.
the core of a 2 euro coin has been made of 3 layers.
brass - nickel - brass.
but even when you break the coin. it is hard to see.

The site also says: Companies House does not verify the accuracy of the information filed ...I am reminded of Mark Twain saying reports of his death were highly exaggerated!

Meybbe so - but that site is all the official information logged with the government - if you are registered on the UK you will be on the site else operating illegally....

Anyway it seems they changed their registered name to JPM Interactive Ltd.

always willing to trade modern UK coins for modern coins from elsewhere....

Anyway it seems they changed their registered name to JPM Interactive Ltd.

the name changed to "JPM International Group" About Us - JPM International

JPM Interactive is part of the group and develops content for online, private networks and Interactive Digital Television Platforms.

Even their website says the registered name is Interactive.
Terms of Use - JPM International

and on the about us page they say : The JPM International Group also further encompasses two additional strong brands, Crystal and JPM Interactive (JPMi).

so i give up.

Here is another group of the nickel clad iron tokens from my spares. the second one shows the nickel layer quite well. see also the fourth one.
