Tristan da Cunha issued similar portrait on a 25 pence coin.  The design was once more by Michael Rizzello.

The Turks and Caicos Islands issued a 10 crowns coin, seen above, and a 100 crowns coin with the same portrait.

United Arab Emirates, 1000 dirhams, 1976.  Fifth anniversary of the United Emirates.

Mr Rizzello's portrait featured the country's president, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan

A commemorative gold 500 dirhams coin was also issued with the same design.
